No Fun Clarifying Mask Review
 By: Rosa Alcaraz

I have been searching for specific products for my oily skin because I'm suffering from acne . I have lots of dark spots, blackheads and whiteheads on my face, especially on my cheekbones and nose and since I have started to pay more attention to my skin, I have become even more aware of them. Therefore I have decided to test some specific treatments for acne and I used also some facial mask and blog about them but it doesn't work and best facial mask among them that I used and very effective is this No Fun Clarifying Mask. My hope is that if you have the same skin concerns, you may find some good product recommendations. But in this No Fun Clarifying Mask you can absolutely see the good result.

This is going to be more of a first impression post, as I have used this Ugusiu No Fun Clarifying Mask for a few weeks and have noticed improvements, but the full results should be visible after about two months of use. The Ugusiu No Fun Clarifying Mask is formulated for oily skin suffering from acne with symptoms of papular or pustular lesions (pimples with and without pus) and extensive open and close comedowns  formation (blackheads and whiteheads. It also helps to refine skin texture and even out the skin tone.

I did some research and I realized that Uguisu No Fun Uguisu Poo Bird Poop Facial is made from Enhanced Uguisu No Fun, the only one of its kind and is clinically proven to be 4 times more effective than raw Uguisu No Fun. Enhancing a raw Uguisu No Fun means that unnecessary contents such as ammonia and food residue eaten by the Japanese Nightingale Bird like insects, fruits and its seeds are carefully removed to produce the purest form of Bird Poop Facial or Geisha Facial as it is known in high end beauty clinics.

After about twelve days it arrived a little bit slow. I am so excited that I used it as soon as possible. After I received the package I read the direction on how to use it the direction says that 1 teaspoon of Uguisu Poo powder with warm water to make a paste. Apply on the skin avoiding the eyes. Leave for 10 minutes and rinse with warm water.

I followed that directions step by step, I used this no fun clarifying mask twice a week and I noticed that my pimples dried fast , and I used it continuously so after two months my skin is no more pimples very effective my even my whiteheads and blackheads was removed and prevents them to coming back, I really love the result.

Before and after after using this uguisu no fun clarifying mask as you can see the acne from the right side was removed, very effective.

You can but it in this website www.birdpoopfacial.com

All in all even if the delivery is a little bit slow and the packaging is not too good but the effect using this no fun clarifying mask was so amazing, you can see the best result after two months or less . I will 4 stars out of 5. Thumbs Up!!

Summer Beauty Essentials Part II Genuine Glow
A few weeks ago I shared my Early Summer Beauty Essentials list, but as you would expect from a beauty product hoarder like me, the number of my “essentials” is slightly larger than average. I simply could not squeeze all the products I wanted to feature in only one post, so here you have part two. I also included some of my favorite sun care products, which many of you have been asking me about.
Facial Mist – Maya Water Facial Mist. This is old news: I cannot go without a facial mist and lately I have really been enjoying the Maya Water face mists. I have actually already used up two full-size bottles, two travel-size, and I have another one coming in (a Green Tea one this time) with my latest order from Spirit Beauty Lounge. I like to spritz my face multiple times a day to hydrate my skin and especially when I spend a long time indoors in an A/C environment, which is very drying and de-hydrating (but so necessary when it’s so hot outside!). They are also part of my skincare routine, as I like to spritz my face before and after cleansing, alternating Maya Water with a few other of my favorite toners, (at Spirit Beauty Lounge).
Sunscreen for the Body – Suntegrity Natural Mineral Sunscreen For Body, Broad Spectrum SPF 30 – A good sunscreen for the body is a true necessity, especially when planning to spend time at the beach (and I am such a Beach Bum so I must always have a good one with me). The Suntegrity Body Sunscreen is one of my favorites because while it looks like a scary thick, white product in the tube, it actually spreads easily, does not leave any greasy/sticky film on the skin, and provides great protection with 20% non-nano, uncoated zinc-oxide, (at The Detox Market, Spirit Beauty Lounge).
After Sun Body Lotion – Blissoma Amend Antioxidant Soothing Body Lotion*. If you do happen to spend sometime in the sun or if your skin simply needs some extra hydration and soothing, Blissoma Amend is an excellent, antioxidant-packed body lotion. It contains Pomella pomegranate extract, aloe, and other healing herbs that promote healing and regeneration. It leaves the skin feeling silky smooth with no greasy film at all. It is highly hydrating and very refreshing, so If you plan to have a vacation somewhere warm and sunny, this is truly a must-have. This lotion feels so light, comfortable, and moisturizing that it could be used as an all-year-round, body moisturizer, (at Blissoma, Abe’s Market).
Beautifying Body Lotion – Prtty Peaushun Skin Tight Body Lotion*. Whenever I am showing a little skin I like to apply some Prtty Peaushun (pronounced like “pretty potion”) to get a subtle sheen and a little color. It is subtle, yet it makes the skin look so much better. The product does not contain any dyes, only finely milled minerals that give the skin a pretty, golden glow. It’s perfect on legs to make them look a little slimmer and smoother and to slightly mask imperfection like scars, veins, etc. Basically, your skin but better, (at Eco Diva Beauty).
Bright Nail Polish – NCLA I’m with the Band. I usually stick to nude and red shades for nails, but I love this bright coral/red shade and the formula is very good. Perhaps, one of the most long-wearing nail polishes that I have tried (I’m talking about 5-6 days with minimal tip-wear). Opaque in one coat and quick-drying. And of course, 5-free, (at Dermstore, Cult Beauty).
Bronzer – Alima Pure Sombra Contour Powder/Bronzer. I may occasionally opt for bronzer-free days during Fall and Winter, but I would never do it in Spring and Summer because I love a soft bronzed look. Being completely matte and with a subtle, ashy tone to it, the Alima Pure Sombra Contour Powder makes a lovely product for contouring and doubles as a non-orange-y bronzer, (at Alima Pure, and it is currently on sale).
Bright Lip Color – Kjaer Weis Lip Tint in Sweetness or Ilia Beauty Shell Shock. Bright lipsticks are a sporadic event for me, but these two bright peachy/coral/pink lip colors are flattering, comfortable and fun to wear during Summer, (at Spirit Beauty Lounge)

Pretty and Polished: The Rose Gold Lipstick Review

It’s that sparkly, shimmery, metallic time of year. Sequin sweaters and glitter eye pigments come out of hiding, and it seems that nearly every night a new holiday look is in order. Out of ideas already? Try a rose gold lip! The pretty shade—think pink-red with coppery gold mixed in—is more flattering than you might think. Rose gold is also a natural complement to any festive attire, from light-catching metallic dresses to cozy red sweaters. These top picks bring the right amount of holiday spirit to any look, for day or night.

CoverGirl

Smoochies Lip Balm in Be Sweet | $4
One part balm, one part color, this is a high frost neutral, and great for day wear—it hydrates well. Bonus: Smoochies are similar to CG’s early ’90s favorite Lipslicks Lipgloss, which is nearly impossible to find now. Even the package has that retro feel. Throwback!

NYX

Lip Smacking Fun Colors in Fortune Cookie | $5
This creamy, cool metallic gold lipstick is a good option if you want something subtle. It looks festive, but it’s not so gold and glittery that you’ll feel overdone. Bonus, it’s virtually scentless—which is notable for budget brands.

Sonia Kashuk

Shine Luxe Sheer Lip Colour in Sheer Seashell | $10.99
You could call this a gorgeous gloss disguised as a chic lipstick. This slightly shimmering neutral is slick and shiny, and makes lips look fuller. It’s good for on-the-go touchups, because it’s much easier to apply than pot or wand-applicator glosses.

Sephora

Rouge Shine Lipstick in #02 | $12.50
A milky, dewy beige with a hint of peach. It’s packed with gold, shimmering micro-pigments that draw attention and light up your lips. Pretty and understated.

Inglot Cosmetics

Lipstick in #169 Pearl | $13 | shop it
Almost pearl-like, this shade makes a frosty statement! It’s a mega-metallic cream with a cool gold shine and a ton of pop. Wear it to any party and let it be your seasonal sparkle.

Make Up For Ever

Rouge Artist Intense in #18 | $20
This is the most subtle frost we tried—a shimmering formula in a matte base makes this shade surprisingly tasteful and pretty for even day wear. If you’re afraid of frosty lips, give this one a go.

Deborah Lippmann

Lipstick in Drops Of Brandy | $22
Deep copper perfection in a vanilla-scented cream lipstick. With this balmy metallic, you get a slightly wet look and a cranberry hue that dazzles.

Elizabeth Arden

Ceramide Ultra Lipstick in Cinnamon | $22.50
A penny-pink copper shade that’s fresh and twinkling. The shimmer you see in the tube reads more like a tasteful shine on the lips, and the red undertone gives the color a natural feel that could work on many skin tones.

Kevyn Aucoin

The Expert Lipcolor in Hanabeth | $35.00 | shop it
Creamy and glossy, this is a true rose gold with a pretty pink base and a neutral gold shimmer throughout. Luscious and long lasting with a healthy shine that lights up your face.
If you want to try the rose gold look on nails, don’t miss this limited-edition Reece Hudson for RGB Nail Polish!

Lina Hanson Global Body Serum Reviews

Lina Hanson Global Body Serum

The Lina Hanson Global Body Serum* is a luxurious, hand blended mix of nourishing oils that was created by makeup artist Lina Hanson following the great success of her Global Face Serum.
The newly launched Body Serum uses ten of the most beneficial oils for the skin, which are sourced from all around the world:
Rice Bran, Apricot Kernel, Argan Nut, Yuzu, Vanilla, Camellia Seed, Brazil Nut, Pumpkin Seed, Pink Grapefruit, and Avocado.
These oils are rich in anti-oxidants and other nourishing properties that repair, protect and perfect the skin.
The serum comes in a dark, sturdy glass bottle (for optimal preservation of the oils) and it has a pump dispenser. Before applying, I make sure to shake the bottle well and then I massage the serum all over my skin. Sometimes I only mix a few drops with an unscented  moisturizer to boost the nourishing effect. I recommend not to mix it with any moisturizer that could possibly mask the scent of the serum, which I am completely infatuated with. The scent is slightly sweet and warm, but not overpowering. My husband likes it too, so it is a win-win.
Although this serum is made only of natural oils and it has a oily texture, it does not leave any greasiness on the skin. It absorbs quickly and only leaves a gorgeous glow. It softens dry, rough skin, and improves elasticity. I think that this is perfect for summer nights when you are showing some skin and want a little glow, and also whenever your skin needs a boost of youthfulness.
The Global Body Serum retails for $ 63 and can be purchased at Spirit Beauty Lounge.

Kjaer Weis Cream Foundation
Kjaer Weis Foundation Review SwatchesKjaer Weis Foundation & BrushKjaer Weis Foundation Photo Paper ThinKjaer Weis Foundation BrushKjaer Weis Foundation Photo
Kjaer Weis Cream Foundation*
The Kjaer Weis Cream Foundation* launched just before Christmas and you all know how excited I have been about it. Many of you have been waiting to know my thoughts about it, (thanks for your patience!) so I am going to answer the questions that you have been asking me the most and give you some tips based on my experience with it.
Prep your skin. This step is essential. The formula is creamy and “concentrated”, so the skin must be properly moisturized. A good, rich moisturizer will do the job for oily/combination skin types, while dry skin types may get better results with a face oil. I have tried both and have had equally good application. My choice of face oil at the moment is Argan Oil (I use Kahina’s), because it is non-greasy and helps to control the shine on my skin. For my moisturizer I go for the MV Skincare Rose Soothing and Protective Moisturizer. However, you may use whatever face oil/moisturizer you prefer as long as it works well for your skin. Let your moisturizer or oil sink into your skin and then start the application.
Application. My favorite way to apply this product is with the Kjaer Weis foundation brush* (or you can use any other flat, concealer brush) because the size allows you to get to even the smallest areas of the face (like around the nose).  However, I only use the brush to pick up the product and place it where I need it. I prefer to use a sponge to blend it all over my face.
Blend. I dampen my foundation sponge (I use a beautyblender) and begin to blend. Rather than rubbing the skin and dragging the product I just dab gently. This is a very important step, because blending it well makes my skin look even and naturally flawless.
Mist (optional). Dry skin types may really benefit from this step. I spritz my face lightly with a hydrating mist/toner (I have been using Kahina’s Toning Mist). It makes the skin look a bit more dewy and it is great if you need extra moisture for blending.
Shades. There are only five shades available at this time. I picked Paper Thin, which works okay for me but is not a 100% exact match. I find that this shade is slightly more peachy, rather than yellow and my undertone is completely warm/yellow. It is also slightly lighter than my skin tone. I picked my shade by looking at the swatches in the product description box at Spirit Beauty Lounge. I plan on getting the shade Illusion soon because I think that it will match me much better, especially toward the Spring (I tend to tan, even when I am wearing a sunscreen). If you cannot find a great match yet, take heart, Kjaer Weis will launch five additional shades during 2014.
Coverage & Finish. The coverage is buildable from sheer to medium. It is enough to cover redness around my nose (you can probably tell by the photo, where I am not wearing concealer). The finish is semi-matte, but luminous. Not sure if the photo gives a 100% accurate representation of how it looks in real life, but I think that the finish looks very natural. In the photo I am also not wearing any blush, highlighter, nor powder. I am only wearing eye makeup and a lipstick.
YOUR QUESTIONS
Can I wear this foundation if I have very dry skin? I think so. Honestly, I do not have very dry skin myself and I have not tried it on anyone who has very dry skin, so I cannot tell for sure. However, my skin has been quite dry around my mouth, nose and chin during this “Polar Vortex” weather that we have had lately, and I have been wearing it with no issues.
Do I need a beautyblender to blend or can I use another (cheaper) sponge? I have only used my beautyblender, but I think that another blending sponge would do the job just fine. If you are on a budget, try the Real Techniques Miracle Complexion Sponge.
Can I buy the refill instead of the compact (and put it in a Z Palette)? You may choose to do that. However, I would suggest you make sure that the Z Palette closes properly. Also, if you can afford the compact, I think that it is still the best way to store the foundation.
Can I purchase a sample? Yes, you can order a sample at Spirit Beauty Lounge thanks to their Custom Deluxe Sample program.
Will the coconut oil in the foundation break me out or give me milia? I experienced a little milia while trying the RMS Beauty Un Cover Up, but I have not had it with Kjaer Weis Foundation. However, I do not get major breakouts from coconut oil, so I cannot tell for sure. If you usually breakout from coconut oil, I recommend that you order a sample first (see previous question).
How does this foundation compare to the RMS Beauty Uncover Up? I find the Un Cover Up formula to be more moist and that it gives more dewiness. Among the “natural” foundations that I have tried, the Kjaer Weis Foundation formula reminds me more of the W3LL People Narcissist Foundation + Concealer Stick, yet I find Kjaer Weis to be creamier and to have a more natural-looking finish.
Ingredients:
prunus amygdalus dulcis (sweet almond) seed oil*, caprylic/capric triglyceride, cocos nucifera (coconut) oil*, zea mays (corn) starch*, cera alba*, copernicia cerifera (carnauba) wax*, simmondsia chinensis (jojoba) seed oil*, polyglyceryl-3 diisostearate, non-gmo tocopheryl acetate. may contain + / – : mica, ci 77891, ci 77491, ci 77492, ci 77499. *Certified Organic. Gluten-free.
Overall thoughts. I love this foundation, and it is my favorite in the cream and liquid category, I only wish that the shade was a more exact match! Other than that, I like the formula and the luminous finish, which is perfect for my skin type. The coverage is lovely, just enough to even out the skin tone without looking heavy. It is one of those my skin but better type of products. The amount I need for my whole face application is so small that it makes up for the price. As I said, I am using the shade Paper Thin, but plan on buying Illusion soon. I think that by mixing the two shades together I will get an exact match for myself. Fingers crossed!
You can purchase it from Spirit Beauty Lounge (where you can also find the refill) and you can also order the samples there with the Custom Deluxe Sample Program ($ 25 with worldwide free shipping).

MUN NO.1 AKNARI
MUN N. 1 Aknari
N°1 Aknari Nighttime Dream Youth Serum* is a precious blend of oils made with organic, hand-picked ingredients that are exceptionally pure and expensive. The serum was created by Munemi Imai, international makeup artist with many years of experience working on some of the most famous faces in the fashion world. Munemi was in Morocco when she discovered the benefits of the Prickly Pear Seed oil (also known as Barbary Fig) used as a skin healing and protective treatment for centuries.  Combining Argan and Rose together with the Prickly Pear Seed, this serum is a unique package of nutrients for the skin, that truly (and quickly) transforms the complexion.
As you may remember, I recently mentioned N°1 Aknari as one of my favorite facial oils in my Skincare TAG post. In fact, I liked this serum from the very fist evening I used it. My forehead and chin were breaking out and I thought it would be the perfect time to test a new product (you gotta love my “risk-taker” attitude). I knew that it was either going to be disaster or success and I was either going to wake up with a terrible breakout or with a calmed, soothed complexion. Thankfully, the latter is what happened and that is why  it joined the stash of my favorite products.
N°1 Aknari is a very potent anti-aging treatment, that reduces the appearance of fine lines in a short amount of time. In fact, this is one of the products I have tried that has shown the quickest results:
Prickly Pear Seed Oil (Ecocert Organic) contains exceptionally high levels of essential fatty acids andvitamin E, which promote skin elasticity. It is one of the most potent anti-aging beauty oils, and it also helps with brightening dark spots and dark circles. It has been used for centuries by the Berbarian women to protect and heal their skin, which is constantly exposed to the winds of the deserts.
Argan Oil (Ecocert Organic), also called liquid gold in Morocco, neutralizes free radicals and has anti-inflammatory properties. It is known to be one of the best oils to heal acne and blemishes.
Rose Oil, provides a high amount of antioxidants, and it is very soothing to the skin.
The scent is very pleasent. A true rose scent, floral and delicate. Exactly what I need before heading to bed! However, it can be used in daytimes as well. The texture is light, and it penetrates the skin quickly giving the face a pretty glow. It also helps with balancing the areas of my face that tend to get oily.
This is one of the most excellent serums that I have tried. With the high quality ingredients, hand-picked and hand-blended, securely stored in a dark glass bottle (for better light protection), it makes this product effective and luxurious. Most important, this has really diminished the fine lines and my skin has overall shown great improvements. However, my favorite use of it is as eye serum, because it really keeps the eye area moisturized, more fresh, and looking more young. I especially recommend trying this product if you have mature skin and if you are concerned with keeping your skin young-looking (btw, who isn’t concerned with that?)
Quick, fun facts:
- MUN N°1 Aknari Serum is Anne V.’s favorite skincare product.
- Prickly Pear Seed Oil is one of the most expensive plant oils in the world because it requires long and intensive manual labor.
- For a very special hair treat, you can use a drop of the serum through your hair ends and get silky smooth hair (really, really amazing!)
- a few years ago I purchased a copy of Elle Italia that had the beautiful Behati Prinsloo on the cover. I thought she looked amazing! Well, I didn’t know until a few weeks ago that Munemi did her makeup for that shoot. How cool is that? :)
You can purchase N°1 Aknari from Spirit Beauty Lounge and AHAlife (international shipping)

I don’t have a rating system for the products I review, but this serum would get a 30 cum laude, (that is the very best grade you can get at Universities in Italy)
